Physical Assets

Gold bars (99.99% purity) and CEEC-certified diamonds held in Rawbank secure vaults in Kinshasa, DRC with 24/7 monitoring and comprehensive insurance.

CEEC Verification

Independent CEEC attestation verifies authenticity, weight, carat, and quality of each asset. Monthly audits with quarterly comprehensive reports published on-chain.

Token Issuance

Smart contracts mint VGMG tokens 1:1 against verified reserves on Ethereum and Solana. Each token represents fractional ownership of the backing asset pool.

Yield Generation

Staking rewards from transaction fees (0.3%) and quarterly asset appreciation distribution. APY ranges 8.5%-12.3% based on lock period and reserve performance.
